Gagan Vohra is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the BPO, automation, and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Firstsource since December 2023, Gagan previously held the position of Head of Sales at Probe CX and Region Head APJ at Tech Mahindra, where a substantial 100% year-on-year growth was achieved. Prior roles include Business Development at Infosys, where management and growth of telecom account relationships in the UK and Europe were key responsibilities, as well as roles in product management and consulting with Tech Mahindra and Infosys, respectively. Gagan began the career as a Faculty at Career Launcher and has a foundational experience in relationship management with Ethnic Artwares. Gagan holds an MBA in Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management and a B.E in Electronics from Nagpur University.
