Adam Schnare currently serves as the Director of Technology at FirstService Corp, where responsibilities include leading IT Security and Risk Management initiatives to enhance data privacy programs in alignment with the organization's security strategy. Prior to this, Adam was an Information Technology Security Manager at FirstService Brands for three years. Adam's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at College Pro as the Director of Information Technology and Partner Relations, where leadership was provided to advance IT infrastructure and strategies. Adam's career also encompasses roles in desktop support at IBM, technical support at Social Think Lab, and digital consulting. Adam holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology Professional from Lambton College, complemented by additional studies at the same institution and Fanshawe College.
