Lisa Potter is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leading media and external communications strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Communications Manager at FirstPort (UK) since July 2015, Lisa manages a team and oversees all media activities, achieving a record year for the PR team in 2021. Previously, as the Head of Media for the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry from September 2013 to July 2015, Lisa directed comprehensive communications programs and journalist engagement initiatives. Lisa's career also includes significant roles such as Head of Communications and Insight at NHS Direct and Press Officer at the General Teaching Council for England. Lisa holds a BA in Communications, Culture and Media from Coventry University, complemented by A Levels in Sociology, English Literature, and Media Studies from Ferndown Upper School.
