Brycen Prout is an experienced pricing analyst currently working at FirstMile since May 2020. Prior to this role, Brycen served as a transportation pricing analyst at Visible Supply Chain Management from May 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing and approving transportation pricing analytics requests. Brycen's career began at Unishippers, where progression included roles as an analyst, retention analyst, and customer care and onboarding specialist, focusing on customer retention and data analysis to support the sales team. Brycen holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Utah, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor of Information Systems from the same institution, obtained in 2019, along with an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
