Lisa Lugo has extensive experience in media monitoring and customer service, currently serving as the Media Monitoring & Reporting Manager at Firstline Media, LLC since October 2009. Prior to this role, Lisa contributed to customer service support at the same company and owned Exclusive Interiors from 2007 to 2009, where design expertise was applied. Lisa's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Design from the University of South Carolina.
