Michael Dineen, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at FirstLight Power, overseeing all accounting operations for an international company, including financial reporting and compliance with quarterly debt reporting requirements. Previously, Michael held positions as Accounting Manager at Flexion Therapeutics, where responsibilities included the preparation of SEC filings and the onboarding of a new financial reporting system. At Haemonetics, Michael worked as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, improving processes related to financial statement automation. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Accountant at Cummins Inc. and as an Assurance Associate at PwC, focusing on integrated audits for various industries. Michael holds a Master of Science in Accounting and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Mathematics, all from Bentley University.
