Lisa Murphy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR administration, payroll processing, and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at FirstLight Power, Lisa has held previous HR roles at Xpress Natural Gas, LGC Standards, and Human Resource Dimensions, where responsibilities included maintaining employee records, conducting onboarding tasks, and supporting payroll processing. With a comprehensive understanding of benefits administration and employment law compliance, Lisa's career spans over two decades, beginning with an early position in accounting and office support at The Kent Group. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Walden University and an Associate's degree in Legal Administration from Castle College.
