Justin Trudell has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as President and CEO of FirstLight since March 2018, leading initiatives in the decarbonization of the electric grid. Previously, Justin held various leadership roles at GEOKON, including Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations. Additionally, Justin served as an Independent Director for the National Hydropower Association and a Board Member for Brookfield Renewable, where responsibilities included overseeing a large portfolio of hydroelectric projects. Justin's background features significant operational management experience, site development, and regulatory compliance in renewable energy, supported by a solid educational foundation with an MBA from UNH and a BS in Economics and General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
