Jennifer Daloisio serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at FirstLight since January 2024 and has been a Board Member at Greentown Labs and ACT | The Alliance for Climate Transition since October 2022 and September 2021, respectively. Daloisio contributed to the Massachusetts STEM Advisory Council from April 2022 to October 2023, having been appointed by Governor Baker to advise on initiatives for increasing youth involvement in STEM careers. Previously, Daloisio held multiple roles at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, including Chief Executive Officer, and also served as a Board Member for Idle Smart and a Board Observer for CIMCON Lighting, Inc. Daloisio spent 18 years at Deloitte, concluding as a Director. Daloisio holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Business and Accounting from the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, earned between 1992 and 1996.
