Lisa M Welch has extensive experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Prior to this role, Lisa owned and managed Welch Real Estate LLC for over 17 years, focusing on property management of foreclosed residential properties and working closely with Fannie Mae for the last five years of that tenure. Earlier career experience includes positions at Summit Financial Group as an Administrative Assistant and Licensed Insurance Agent, where Lisa crafted employee benefit packages and processed disability insurance applications. Lisa holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Computer Information Systems from OSU-Okmulgee.
