Matthew Briggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at FirsTech since November 2021, Matthew applies a wealth of knowledge from a diverse career transitioning from large equipment manufacturing to FinTech, focusing on payment processing and banking services. Prior to FirsTech, Matthew spent over 14 years at Caterpillar Inc., holding various roles including Digital Product Manager, Digital Platform Architect, and Data Project Lead. This progression demonstrated expertise in data pipeline engineering, enterprise architecture, and project management, while also leading significant SAP transformation initiatives across Europe. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Eastern Illinois University.
