Alex has overseen Operations at FirstDigital since joining the team in 2007. He leads all Administration, Customer Service, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Technical Field Operations. Alex has worked in the Telecom industry for 20+ years, including management positions with Nextlink and XO Communications. Alex graduated cum laude from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
