Kevin McKinley is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and recruiting services, currently serving as Vice President of Talent and Recruiting Services at FirstDay Foundation since September 2022, focusing on supporting nonprofit organizations. Previously, Kevin was the Director of Talent Acquisition at BCFS, where efforts were made to enhance recruiting effectiveness and the candidate experience. Kevin's earlier roles include Inpatient Nursing Staff Recruiter and Medical Staff Recruiter at Brooke Army Medical Center, Recruiting Manager at Deer Oaks, and Command Sergeant Major at both the US Army and the 6th Medical Recruiting Battalion. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Touro University California and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from USASMA.
