Rishi Rane possesses extensive experience in product management, project management, and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager - Product at FirstCry.com since December 2019, Rishi has held multiple roles including Assistant General Manager - Product and Product Delivery Manager. Rishi also contributes as Secretary for the Sarvangini Foundation, focusing on the strategic development of women and children since January 2019. Prior roles include AVP - Project Management & Support at Barclays from May 2012 to December 2018, and Sr. Software Engineer at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. Rishi's earlier career features consulting positions in SAP HR systems at Monsanto and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, alongside HR management experience at Abacus Management Services. Rishi holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
