Jose Castro currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at FirstClose, overseeing the strategic direction and management of the company's product portfolio since November 2017. In previous roles at FirstClose, including Director of Product Development and Product Owner, Jose played a key role in enhancing the product development process and ensuring timely delivery of products that meet customer needs. Earlier experience includes positions as a Technical Product Manager and Technical Support Engineer at FirstClose, where Jose built relationships with vendors and provided technical support, respectively. Prior to FirstClose, Jose worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Atlassian and as a Technical Support Analyst at LogicMonitor.
