Fernando Amezcua is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Operations Manager at FirstCall CSS since July 2016, with prior experience as Regional Manager at the same company. Before FirstCall, Fernando held various roles at The STEELE Foundation from December 2011 to June 2016, including EP Operations Manager LATAM and Logistics Manager LATAM. Other notable positions include FirstCall Supervisor in a Risk Management and Security Consultant role from 2007 to December 2011 and Operaciones at Vance International from 2004 to 2007. Fernando holds a degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (1998-2002) and is currently pursuing further education at Universidad del Valle de México, starting January 2024.
