Brenden Hoover is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at FirstBuild since December 2018, Brenden has successfully developed and managed assembly processes for new products, leading to a 40% increase in micro-factory productivity through the implementation of lean practices. Prior to this, Brenden worked as a Campus Staff member at Campus Outreach, fostering relationships with students in the Philippines, and as a Process Engineer at Dixon Quick Coupling, enhancing manufacturing efficiency. Additional roles include an Engineering Intern at Frito Lay, a Resident Advisor at UNC Charlotte, and foundational work on a dairy farm. Brenden holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master's degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
