Melih Gengönül currently serves as the Head of AI Experience at FirstBatch, a company focused on facilitating Safe AGI through collaborative efforts and democratizing synthetic data access for AI/ML models via Dria, since October 2024. Prior to this role, Melih held positions such as Product Design Lead at Firefly from May 2021 to October 2024, Product Design Manager at PwC from March 2019 to May 2021, and Product Design Lead and Creative Specialist at Accenture between September 2016 and March 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as Creative Director at UBIT Bilgi Teknolojileri from April 2013 to September 2016. Melih holds a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management from Bahcesehir University, awarded as a full scholarship recipient, and a degree in Communication Design with a GPA of 3.62/4.0 from Kadir Has University, completed from 2005 to 2010.
