Natasha Manuelpillai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Natasha most recently worked at FIRST as the Regional People & Culture Director, prior to which they held the position of Senior People & Culture Manager. Natasha also worked as a People and Culture Manager at the same company. Before joining FIRST, Natasha worked at OmniServ Ltd. as an Operations Manager and ID Team Lead, where they demonstrated their expertise in HR and employee relations. Natasha also had experience as a Recruitment Manager at Saga plc. and as a Recruitment Executive at Country Cousins, Saga. Natasha began their career with roles at various organizations including the NHS, Tesco Freetime, The John Smith Grand National, Spire Healthcare, and Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. Natasha'sresponsibilities included recruitment, employee engagement, customer service, and clerical work.

Natasha Manuelpillai graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business & Public Relations. Prior to this, they attended Central Sussex College Haywards Heath from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their A Levels in Business, Communication & Culture, and Applied ICT. Earlier in their education, from 2002 to 2007, Natasha studied at St. Wilfrids RC Catholic School, where they obtained their GCSEs in Mathematics, English, Science, Applied, Geography, French, and Religious Education. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 from ILM.
