Lauren Milo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and client services. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at FIRST since October 2017, Lauren also held multiple roles at FIRST, including Account Director and Operations Manager, all in support of Google. Previously, Lauren managed client services at Bombfell and was the Assistant Studio Manager at Flywheel Sports. Earlier career milestones include positions as Operations Manager and Data Coordinator at FIRST, as well as Event Coordinator at Metropolitan Pavilion & Metropolitan West. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from New York University.
