Kyle Powder is an experienced asset manager at First Western Properties since November 2014, overseeing operations and finances for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in the Puget Sound area. Prior experience includes a contract role as a supply chain planning analyst at Newport News Shipbuilding, where responsibilities focused on the newest class of aircraft carrier, and a position as an export auditor at CMA-CGM America, LLC, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations. Kyle Powder is also a J.D. candidate at Seattle University School of Law and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Science & Technology with an energy concentration from James Madison University.
