David leads the company's domestic operations and drives the company’s small business initiative by evaluating the systems, processes and procedures in order to improve the total client experience and drive revenue growth. Before joining First Watch Technologies, David was COO at Asset Recovery Systems, responsible for firm-wide process improvement and enterprise program management. Prior to that, David was COO for Financial Network Group, overseeing more than 20,000 client accounts, operations and technology resources in payments, for negotiation services. David earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Lynn University.
