Roger Shumway is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in business banking and loan origination. Prior to this role, Roger accumulated significant expertise at Celtic Bank, holding various vice president positions focused on business development, strategic alliances, and operational management of SBA and USDA loans. Roger's career began at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, where responsibilities included filing court documents and digitizing legal records. Academically, Roger holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
