Phil Rodeheaver has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Phil started their career as a Business Banker at M&T Bank in 1995 and later worked as a Branch Manager at Susquehanna Bank from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, they joined First United Bank & Trust as the Market President, where they provided leadership to the Community Relationship Managers and led the interactive relationship team. Phil also served as the Director of Profitability, leading initiatives to measure and analyze profitability at multiple levels in the organization. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President-Managing Director of Operations at First United Bank & Trust.

Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Phil attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
