Stephanie Hejna is a Junior Research Analyst at First Trust Capital Management L.P. since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Write Place Consultant and Peer Assistant at the University of Dayton, as well as serving as Chief Financial Officer and Professional Chair for Epsilon Nu Tau Fraternity, Inc. Stephanie also contributed as a Technology Sector and Economic Analyst for the Hanley Sustainability Fund and worked at Dry Goods USA as a Sales Associate. Other positions held include Institutional Asset Management Undergraduate Intern at PNC, and various sales associate roles. Stephanie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Dayton in 2023.
