Gilbert Johnson is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Construction Manager at First Texas Homes, overseeing residential home construction in the DFW area since February 2015. As the Owner of Central State Remodeling, which has operated for over 12 years in Kansas, Gilbert has expertise as both a general and subcontractor in new home construction and remodeling. Prior to this, Gilbert was self-employed as a Foreman from 1999 to 2002, managing and supervising the completion of custom spec homes. Gilbert's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Johnson County Community College and studies in General Studies, Secondary Education, and Teaching at Kansas State University.
