Erika "Birdie" Shavers is the Assistant Director of Program Development at First Tee - Greater Chicago and the Founder of Ladies on the Green Golf League. Erika "Birdie" holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Columbia College Chicago. With a passion for golf, Erika established Ladies on the Green to encourage women from various backgrounds to engage in the sport.
