Urbi Basu is a Senior Application Systems Engineer at First Tech Federal Credit Union since October 2023. Prior to this role, Urbi worked at Tech Mahindra from June 2011 to September 2022, progressing from a Technical Associate to a Senior Software Engineer. Responsibilities included managing MQ Series and Message Broker for data integration, ensuring application and system availability, and developing workflows for BMC Remedy. Urbi holds a Bachelor in Computer Application from the Institute of Engineering and Management, completed in 2011, and attended Calcutta Girls' High School from 1996 to 2008.
