Nicole Beckham MBA possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at First Tech Federal Credit Union since April 2019. Prior to this role, Nicole was the AVP of Human Resources at UNIFY Financial Credit Union from January 2002 to June 2015. Nicole holds dual MBA degrees in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
