Celeste Hightower has over two decades of experience in recruitment and community engagement. Currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Manager at First Student since December 2017, Celeste previously held the position of Director of Community Engagement at LifePath - Supportive Services for Older Adults from January 2015 to January 2017. Prior to that, Celeste worked as a Senior Admissions Recruiter at Mildred Elley School-Albany Campus for 14 years, commencing in January 2001, and as the Director of Admissions at Branford Hall Career Institute from November 2001 to July 2008.
