Amy Whitman has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Amy currently works as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at First Student, where they lead the talent acquisition strategy for a global organization and manages a team of 100+. Prior to this, Amy held various leadership roles at companies such as Synergy Consulting Group, Hobsons, and Fifth Third Bank. Amy has also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Systems Evolution, Inc. and as a Recruiting Consultant at UniRush and Luxottica. Additionally, Amy has experience as a University Program Manager at IBM and as a National Sales and Management Recruiter at Cintas. Amy began their career as a National Account Executive and Recruiter at Management Recruiters International - Sales Consultants.

Amy Whitman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University - Miller College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Affirmative Action Planning Requirements from Employers Resource Association in 2016.
