Reggie Harmon is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in chief financial officer roles across multiple companies, including First Step Staffing, Chime Solutions, and NSC Technologies, LLC. Notably, Reggie brokered multimillion-dollar acquisitions that elevated a staffing firm into the top 35 in its industry and partnered with Private Equity during the COVID-19 pandemic to drive growth. Previous experience includes Vice President of Finance at Employbridge, where a $458M division was turned around, and various leadership positions at General Electric Manufacturing Company, where significant financial initiatives led to substantial revenue increases and cost savings.
