Melanie Gandevia has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Melanie started their career at Thiess Pty Ltd as a Proposals Coordinator and later worked at Hansen Yuncken as an NSW Marketing Coordinator. Following that, they joined Res Publica as an Account Executive before moving to Buchan Consulting as an Account Manager. Melanie then transitioned to roles at the Australian Property Institute as an NSW Communications Manager and later as a Content and Communications Manager. Most recently, they worked at QIC as a Marketing and External Communications Advisor, and currently holds the position of Content Producer Lead at Aware Super. Melanie'sroles have involved a mix of marketing, communications, media relations, and content development responsibilities.
Melanie Gandevia completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication, specializing in Public Relations and Screen Production, at Griffith University from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Melanie obtained certifications in Digital Marketing from ADMA in 2022 and RG 146 Superannuation from the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) in 2024.
