Tanya's extensive experience in the financial sector includes a longstanding tenure at NBT Bank from June 1993 to May 2021, where Tanya advanced to the role of AVP- Home Lending Credit Operations Supervisor. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College.
