Thomas Nguyen is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the solar energy and semiconductor industries. Currently serving at First Solar since January 2018 in various roles, including Operations Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, Thomas has demonstrated a strong background in operations management and engineering. Prior experience includes a tenure at Intel Products Vietnam as a Process and Equipment Engineer and at Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Company in electrical engineering operations. Thomas holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Business Administration from UCSI and an MBA from Open University Malaysia, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and an Engineering Diploma in Electrical and Industrial Engineering.
