Steven Campbell has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. steven began their career in 1988 as a Development/Design Engineer at Advance Power Supplies. steven then worked as an Application Engineer at Applied Kilovolts from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 2002, they worked at Applied Materials, initially as a System Test Engineer, then as a Lead Engineer Ion Implant, and later as an Operations Manager. At Applied Materials, they also held the positions of Program Manager from 2002 to 2006 and Site Operations Manager from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined First Solar as the Head of Global Manufacturing Engineering.

Steven Campbell has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Technology from the University of Phoenix. steven also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering from the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2012.
