Scott Lehren has a diverse work experience. Scott started their career as a Software Development Intern at NASA Langley Research Center in 2002 and 2003, working on projects related to virtual reality, flight simulation, and controlling motor drivers on robotics. Scott then joined Therma Tru in 2005 as a Business Analyst before being promoted to Senior Business Analyst, where they contributed to the company's analytical needs. In 2008, they joined First Solar, where they held various roles such as Supply Chain Support Analyst, Manager in Business Applications, Senior Manager in Delivery & Data Services, Global Leader in IT Delivery and Data Services, and currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Applications and Data Services.

Scott Lehren earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Toledo in 2004. Scott then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business at The University of Toledo in 2005.
