Fadhliah Che Hussain is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at First Solar since April 2020, Fadhliah has previously held positions as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Kulim from October 2008 to April 2020 and at First Solar from 2008 to 2012. Fadhliah began a career in human resources as an HR Assistant at Entegris from January 2006 to September 2008. Fadhliah holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Open University Malaysia (2010-2014) and a Diploma in Business Studies from Kolej Profesional Mara (2003-2006).
