Jennifer Gregory is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor at First Response Finance since November 2009, after progressing from the role of HR Advisor. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an HR Advisor at Expotel from September 2007 to November 2009, providing guidance to Team Managers on staff-related issues such as disciplinaries and grievances, and managing the recruitment and selection process. Jennifer began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Foresight Recruitment in 2006. Educational qualifications include a CIPD degree from The University of Salford (2008-2011) and a 2:1 degree in Business Studies with General Management from The University of Salford (2001-2004). Additionally, Jennifer completed coursework at Bury College in 2018.
