Donna Blue Cady is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in process improvement and operations management. Currently serving as VP of Process Improvement at First Reliance Bank since September 2008, Donna oversees projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory mandates. Previous roles at First Reliance include VP of Loan Operations, VP of Loan and Deposit Operations, VP of Deposit Operations, and VP of Deposit and Loan Servicing, where responsibilities encompassed managing loan and deposit operations, focusing on process improvements, and addressing audit findings. Prior to First Reliance Bank, Donna held the position of Vice President at Bank of America and at Fleet Mortgage / Washington Mutual.
