Amy McGrath, CMCA, currently serves as a Property Manager at First Realty Management since September 2019, overseeing the daily operations of a condominium complex, including common area maintenance and capital improvement projects. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Administrator at FirstService Residential from December 2010 to September 2019, and served as a Clerk for the Town of Weymouth from September 2008 to June 2010, where responsibilities included tax payment processing and municipal lien certificate preparation. Amy's career began at RITE AID, where from June 1992 to September 2008, responsibilities encompassed customer service, inventory management, and staff training. Amy holds an Associate's degree in Retail Management from Bay State College, obtained between 1983 and 1985.
