Haley Thomas has a diverse work experience, starting with their position as an Investment Performance Auditor at First Rate, Inc. from June 2013 to May 2017. Haley then moved onto the role of Investment Performance Analyst from June 2017 to January 2018. From January 2018 to May 2021, Haley worked as an Investment Performance Analyst II, where they focused on ensuring data accuracy, maintaining client data, and improving client experience. Haley also played a key role in training and increasing utilization of the company's India teammates, advising clients on the best use of the suite of applications and tools, and contributing to group documentation efforts. Haley then transitioned to the role of Lead Analyst from May 2021 to August 2022, gaining experience in leadership and project management. In addition to their experience at First Rate, Inc, Haley also worked as a UX Design Student at General Assembly from December 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they worked on designing user-centric experiences for various clients.

Haley Thomas completed their education at General Assembly, where they earned a UX Design Certificate in the field of Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Haley attended General Assembly from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas, where they majored in Integrative Studies with a focus on Communication, English, and Economics, and minored in Business. Haley attended the University of North Texas from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Haley Thomas also obtained a User Experience Design Immersive certification from General Assembly in June 2022.
