Laura McGuire, CAPS, is an experienced asset manager currently employed at First Pointe Management Group since September 2019. As a business owner since 2011 at The Game Wizard and Blue Sky Hobbies, Laura has contributed to business plan development and management while serving as a silent partner. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Woodspear Properties, overseeing multifamily property portfolios, and Portfolio Manager at Independent Living/SHAG, managing a senior housing portfolio with substantial annual revenue. Laura's extensive experience also includes roles at MG Properties Group and Fairfield Residential, where responsibilities encompassed personnel development, operational auditing, and compliance oversight.
