Mikayla Reine has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2013, they served as the Production Manager for 47 Pages Literary Magazine in Claremont. Mikayla then went on to work as an Account Executive for The Daily Californian in 2014, where they cold called local businesses to sell ad space and managed customer relationships. In the same year, they also held a Development Intern position at A Better Way, Inc. and was responsible for assisting with organizational development efforts.
In 2015, Mikayla worked as a Sales Support Intern for New York Life Insurance Company, where they provided support to the sales team. Mikayla then joined Guideline Technologies in 2016 as a Customer Success Associate, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Mikayla's experience also includes a role as an Account Maximization Intern at Zerve in 2016, where they reviewed client activity proposals and provided content editing to maximize ticket sales. Mikayla also provided customer service to clients' customers during this internship.
In 2017, Mikayla became the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at First Page Sage (SEO Company), where they acted as a point of contact for executives, employees, and clients. Mikayla conducted data analyses, prepared documents for review and presentation, and provided administrative support.
Mikayla's responsibilities at First Page Sage expanded as they took on the role of Operations Manager in 2018, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2019, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer and assumed responsibilities such as developing and implementing growth strategies, setting performance goals, and leading a virtual team across multiple functions.
Throughout their career, Mikayla has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt and excel in various roles, showcasing their skills in strategic planning, project management, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Mikayla Reine completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in PPE (Politics, Philosophy, Economics) from Pomona College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Before attending Pomona College, they attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2011 to 2013, where they achieved the distinction of Early Cum Laude. In addition to their formal education, Mikayla also obtained a certification in Introduction to Search Engine Optimization from Coursera in September 2017.
