Rich McColly currently serves as a Senior I-Series System Engineer at First National Technology Solutions, a position held since November 2016. Prior to this role, Rich accumulated extensive experience at IBM Global Services, starting in June 1996 and progressing to the title of System Service Representative. With a long-standing career in technology services, Rich has developed a solid foundation in system engineering and support.
