Kelli Smith has over 17 years of work experience in various leadership and strategic roles. Kelli is currently working as a Senior Director, Partnership Senior Account Executive at FNBO. Previously, they served as the Chief Product Officer at TPG, Inc. and also held the position of Vice President Strategic Solutions - Customer Success. At West Direct, LLC, Kelli was the Vice President Operations, responsible for managing contact center operations across multiple locations. Prior to that, they worked at ConAgra Foods as the Director of Data Governance, accountable for maintaining data quality standards. Kelli also has experience as a Regional Director at West Corporation and as a Manager of Customer Service at Conagra Foods.
