Brian Titus serves as Vice President and General Counsel at First National Bank of America since 1998, also holding the position of President for both Rose Acceptance and the loan servicing subsidiary of FNBA. Additionally, Brian Titus has been President of Rose Land and Finance since January 2007 and served as Chair of the General Counsel Committee for the Michigan Bankers Association from March 2013 to March 2017. Previous experience includes membership on the Board of the Economic Development Corporation of Ingham County from 2004 to 2005 and lecturing in English at British Institutes in 1996-1997. Brian Titus began legal practice as an Associate Attorney at Dickinson Wright PLLC from 1995 to 1996. Education credentials include a JD from William & Mary Law School (1993), a BBA in Business from the University of Michigan (1990), and a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2005).
