Melinda McMahon is the Executive Assistant and Human Resources Manager at First Mile Care. Melinda has over 37 years of experience as an executive assistant, including positions at C-Suite Consulting-Partners Group and Procter & Gamble. Melinda is highly skilled in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel plans. Melinda is also an expert in event planning, both small and large scale. In their current position, Melinda is responsible for managing the office, handling HR duties, and providing administrative support to the CEO and other members of the executive team.

Melinda McMahon reports to Karl Ronn, Founder & CEO. They work with Salvatore Boscarino - Chief Commerical Officer, Juliana Ronn - Director of Operations, and Sehoon Kwak - VP, Commercial Strategy & Business Development.
