Mr. Harris joined the company in March 2016 as Director of Talent Development. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources as of November 2016.

He is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Education from Indiana University. He is also a graduate of Purdue’s Continuing Ed School of Agricultural Banking and former faculty member for the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking.
