Dawn Hillier is an experienced professional in the field of business intelligence and process improvement, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Analyst at First Merchants Corporation since May 2022. Prior to this role, Dawn spent over 14 years at the Indiana Supreme Court, initially as a Skills Trainer and subsequently as a Field Support Specialist and Forms and Guide and File Manager, where significant contributions included SharePoint administration and the development of applications for various internal processes. Additionally, Dawn worked at Bank of New York Mellon Financial Corporation Limited as a Corporate Trust Associate, managing trust accounts and serving as co-chair for the local United Way Campaign. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
